OmniBin Generation II is the next release of the BROOKFIELD® OmniBin, rebuilt around a new electronic control system. The bin still does what an OmniBin has always done. What changes is how much the operator can see, and how much of the job the machine handles itself.
What is new
Three changes do most of the work.
Active Control System
Ask for a weight, get a weight
Set the product weight you need. OmniBin Generation II delivers to that figure and shuts off at the target, records the load, and syncs the data back to the office.
Integrated load cells
Weight, compartment by compartment
Load cells feed weight back in real time for each compartment, so the operator can see what is on board and how it is sitting across the bin, on the screen and on the remote.
Electronic hydraulic control
Proportional, not on or off
Proportional flow control on the hydraulic functions, so speed and movement are set rather than nudged. Control is electronic end to end.

The Active Control System is the intelligence behind OmniBin Generation II. Purpose built from the ground up for seed and fertiliser delivery, it runs the machine from a 10″ touchscreen with real time monitoring and straightforward navigation, built for working outdoors.
- Set a target weight; the system delivers to it and shuts off
- Net load and door position for every compartment, live
- Camera feeds on screen
- Outload and main belt speeds set from the screen or the remote
- Onboard diagnostics with fault codes shown as they occur
- Loads recorded on the unit and synced back to the office

Fully remote control
Run it from where you are standing
Weight monitoring, camera feeds and belt speed adjustment all sit on the handheld remote, so the operator can work away from the machine.
Auto stow and deploy
Outload arm, one button
Stow and deploy are automated on the outload arm and set up for one person operation, with the deployment sequence handled by the machine rather than by feel.
Automatic electric tarp
Open and close from the ground
The tarp is motorised and operated from ground level. There is no climbing onto the trailer to open or close it.
When something goes wrong
Diagnostics and manual override
Onboard diagnostics
Onboard diagnostics report system state back in real time and put fault codes on the screen as they occur, so the operator knows what the machine is doing without getting off it.
Hydraulic manual override
If an electronic control fault occurs, manual overrides on the hydraulics remain available, so the unit stays operable and the job can be finished.
