How we handle your communication and protect your privacy

Policy Statement

The Company is committed to ensuring their correspondence is protected in relation to confidentiality, and protection from use by other parties. The Company also states that correspondence can be the sole opinion of the sender, and cannot be guaranteed free of any viruses or similar errors and problems. In line with our Policy – Environmental, there will also be a reminder to consider the environment before printing emails.

This policy must be read in conjunction with all relevant and/or related Company policies and procedures.

Commitment
International Standard ISO 14001 states that an environmental policy is the organisation’s overall environmental performance intentions and direction. In line with the Standard, the Company is committed to:
  • developing, implementing and maintaining an Environmental Management System (EMS) that complies with the requirements of ISO 14001;
  • understanding and managing environmental risks with the goal of minimising or eliminating these risks;
  • complying with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements;
  • reducing the Company’s impact on the environment and to adopt practices that use resources sustainably;
  • driving a culture of continuous environmental improvement with a focus on energy efficiency;
  • ensuring the environment is considered in procurement, and the products and services offered;
  • actively working to minimise
  • pollution and greenhouse gas emissions;
  • manage waste;
  • minimise the consumption of and provide environmental management of energy, water, natural resources, paper, stationery, office equipment and property activities; and
  • address relevant biodiversity issues;
  • faster the initiation and ownership of environmental activities by all workers through education, thereby building a strong, environmental aware business culture; and
  • management of resource consumption and demand thereby improving product utilisation, efficiency and financial performance.
Workers are expected to:
  • comply with the Company’s environmental policy and procedures;
  • contribute ideas for improvements to Company activities which will benefit the environment; and
  • be actively involved in all environmental activities.
Reduce, Reuse, Recycle

There are three ways to cut down the waste that ends up in landfill. Reduce, reuse and recycle. By thinking about what is really needed and refusing what isn’t, giving items more than one life and disposing of rubbish thoughtfully, waste can be reduced and money saved.
